Residents pay contributions towards the cost of accommodation and the services provided.
The weekly maintenance contribution is currently
£86.00 per week, including £6.00
for heating and water. Residents are responsible for council tax, electricity, television licence and telephone services.
Depending on circumstances, Lambeth Council may also levy a charge for wardens and other supporting services. Those on benefits may be exempt from this charge.
The Administration Manager will give assistance to residents in applying for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit where eligible.
